Berpay is a Bermuda-based digital wallet and payment platform that makes it easy to send, receive, and spend money. Whether you’re paying a friend, shopping locally, or accepting payments, Berpay brings everyday transactions together in one convenient app.
Simply download the Berpay app, create your account, and complete the identity verification process. Once your account is approved, you can fund your wallet and start making payments.
Berpay is currently available to eligible Bermuda residents aged 18 and older, subject to identity verification and account approval. Businesses registered in Bermuda can apply for a Berpay Business account.
You can fund your wallet by transferring supported digital assets from an external wallet or exchange to your Berpay deposit address. Berpay currently supports USDC on the Solana network. Bank transfers and cash deposits are not currently available.
To send money, open the Berpay app, enter amount, select Send, and choose a recipient. To pay a participating business, simply scan its Berpay QR code and confirm your payment.
Certain transactions, including transfers and withdrawals, may incur fees. Any applicable transaction fee will be displayed before you confirm your payment.
Yes! Berpay Business allows eligible Bermuda businesses to accept digital wallet payments, generate QR code invoices, and track transactions, and withdraw USDC as BMD in a local bank account—all from their smartphones.
